The girls in the salon are really nice and friendly. Kelly who did my lashes & brows was really sweet. I didn’t feel rushed & she recommended a few things to have done in the future & explained it all to me. I also had a free hand massage from one of the trainees which was lovely! Will definitely be going again for a brow tint & false lashes which Kelly recommended.

I had a lovely lash appointment. My lashes look great and I felt really comfortable the whole time, even being pregnant. She was kind and made sure I was at ease. The appointment was finished in two hours, which was exactly what I wanted.

What an absolute gem Olivia is! I am over the moon with my lashes and brows. First time having lamination, and I am beyond amazed at how they look! Lashes are perfect also! Been going to the Beauty Shack for around 6 years now and I still haven’t written a review! The girls are absolutely lovely, flexible and accommodating and always make me feel comfortable. All services are top notch, from lashes to brows to nails, and at great value for money. I moved away last year and still refuse to go anywhere else. X

Lash lift and tint - always a really relaxing experience and even more so with the new foam on the beds. Eyebrow shape and wax - always a really quick treatment but my eyebrows are great every time Can’t say anything bad about the girls, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Always made to feel welcome and relaxed every time I visit

Had the eye trio with Yamini. Lash lift/tint, brow tint/wax/threading. Had it done a few weeks ago and they are still looking great. Lovely, friendly and professional service. Very happy customer 🙂

Olivia is such a friendly and talented beauty therapist. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys what she does. I absolutely love my classic lash extensions — they feel so light that I can barely tell they’re there! She’s incredibly gentle too; I almost fell asleep during the treatment. Absolutely fantastic! A long-overdue platinum hydrafacial & it exceeded all my expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the products and the treatment. I also had an LVL lash lift and tint and wow, I honestly feel summer ready after just these two treatments! My skin feels and looks so much brighter already. The clinic itself is calm, spotless, and welcoming. Jodie took such good care of me,I actually ended up falling asleep, I was that comfortable!
