This was my first lash install & these babies have been marinating for about a week - Zero Complaints! The appointment process was easy & Corlene was a darling! She talked me through it (with her very soothing voice), gave post install care tips (with the complimentary spoolie brush) & made the experience a pleasant one. I will definitely be returning & recommending to others. Was told I look like Minnie Mouse from my biggest critic & that's the biggest compliment- once you start wearing lashes you not going back- why not start with the LavLab!!

She made me feel super comfortable throughout both the Brazilian wax and the cluster lashes. She explained everything clearly, which helped ease any nerves I had, and I really appreciated how she checked in with me to see if I needed a break.
