Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. Briar is amazing! I normally go to her for facials, but tried an underarm wax and brow wax with her. She paid so much attention to how I wanted my brows and advised me on what she was doing at all times.

I had an appointment with Lynn and I liked that she took her time with me and was compassionate. I will be going back again to be pampered. I did have a lash curl and I guess I had high expectations and my lashes were not enough to get a decent curl. Lynn did say it looked a bit different and mascara will show the curl. I went in with the thought that it would show a but more and would not require mascara. I'm sure she did her best and perhaps I'll have a different method next time. Otherwise she has done a wonderful job and took her time with me.

I've been looking for someone who does Henna eyebrow threading and I finally found her. She is incredibly talented. My eyebrows look great every time I go there. I get lots of compliments. Plus, her customer service is amazing. The Studio is cute and clean. I highly recommend her.
