I honestly don’t know where to start! After 1.5 years in Australia, this is the first time I’ve been completely satisfied with someone’s work. The shaping, sculpting, and precision of my brows at Flawless Strokes was just amazing. It was my first brow tint experience and I was nervous, but Manpreet made me feel so comfortable. I had a great experience getting my lashes and brows done. She was respectful, hygienic, lovely, and very easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment so comfortable. She genuinely cared about making sure everything looked perfect and had no problem making adjustments to ensure I was happy with the final result. I was so nervous to get my combination brows done, but Nayda completely blew me away. I was honestly shocked at how quick, easy and painless the whole process was. The results are absolutely amazing, my brows are perfect and I couldn’t be happier with them. Nayda is truly so talented at what she does and it really shows in her work. The same goes for my wispy eyelash extensions, I genuinely can’t live without them now! They always look flawless and last so well. I had my eyebrows mapped and waxed by Manpreet, and I am extremely happy with the results. She was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail throughout the appointment. The brow mapping was done carefully to create the perfect shape for my face, and the waxing was precise and comfortable. My eyebrows look beautifully shaped, symmetrical, and natural. Absolutely obsessed with my new lashes! The whole experience was so relaxing — I nearly fell asleep. She took her time to make sure every lash was perfect, and you can really tell the difference. I got a full hair tint and colour done, and Jess did an amazing job exactly the way I wanted! She is very professional and friendly, always making sure her clients feel comfortable and checking throughout the process to ensure everything meets our expectations. I also had a cleanup done by Neetu, and I’m so satisfied with the results. Both Jess and Neetu are incredibly friendly, and their prices are very reasonable compared to many other places. Highly recommended!! I definitely be coming back:)
