What can I say .. I actually lost my first day's holiday but deffinately not complaining as the staff at this hotel can't do enough for you , I checked in asked about a massage as I've got away from a lot of stress and nearly a full week not sleeping and was instantly offered a massage with the hotel guest discount which was the most amazing massage ever and she was sk lovely and pleasant . I just about had enough time to get some lovely tea there and that was it , went up to my room put my head down and all beds have been so comfortable so far and that's it slept right through from 5pm :)

This was my first time going to Bethany. I had a consultation for eye lashes and an allergy assessment. She was lovely. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions. She asked me what type of lashes and how I want them to look. Which was a pleasent suprise as I have never been asked before. I showed her a picture and she said not a problem. Looking forward to getting my lashes done on Thursday 🥰.

Beth made me so comfortable and relaxed to have my lashes done today like always! I have had my brows and lashes done before by Beth and she does not disappoint! My lashes always stay on for about 3 weeks before considering when to get my infills, and her lamination brows stayed for months! Highly recommend x
