Tottie is amazing at what she does. My daughter has autism and usually struggles to open up around people she doesn't know but Tottie couldn't have been more fantastic with making her feel at ease and took her time to listen to what my daughter wanted. Definitely the most welcoming and inclusive salon in Lincoln. All the other staff are fabulous too from Shannon who does a beautiful job with my hair, through to the piercer Georgia and tattooist Dave

But Totty did an amazing job, spent time and so much patience and just absolutely loved my time at The Collective it was a real joy having my hair done for once.
