Great customer service Timing could be worked on, I booked for 12 and only started after 1230 and finished well after 14 disrupting other programs. I loved my hair and the hair dresser was polite All in all I had a good experience. Recommendation: bigger salon space

The ladies and owner are always friendly and gracious! The time frame allocated to the appointment is very accurate as well. All the team members become committed to your hair journey, giving you advice, commend you for your progress or gently scold you when you have been skipping on the trims :) Overall, it’s always a lovely experience when I go to the Salon! Best decision I made for my hair.

The ambience is soothing and definitely the right atmosphere to get pampered. I went in for a Keratin treatment, the Brazilian blowout wasn't available so an alternative Keratin treatment was administered which took longer, 5 hours plus a 2 day interlude. My hair is super soft now, so I'd say it was well worth it 😊

Love this salon! Great service, all the ladies are lovely. Hair wash was very thorough, blow drying was painless and braiding was extremely fast, granted I went on a weekday and had more than 2 ladies working on me. Loved the end result, would visit again and highly recommend :)

I had the best experience .Rating on a scale of 1-10 ,I give you 10 +.I should have started my journey a long time with your saloon . For the first time being at the saloon did not feel like a punishment .My hairstylist Mariam loves what she does I could tell.Your people have great customer service and very professional and the understand that both customer and service provider need each other. Thank you so much .Going natural with her rootz saloon is the best decision I made.By the way people kept asking me where I did my hair ,I am loving it . Happy client on board .

The har was done beautifully, and the staff were very friendly and patient. The appointment took a bit much longer than expected. Directional signage and clearer signage at the gate would be beneficial to the business. Mabel recommended the salon and I have no regrets bringing my daughter there and will recommend other clients to come too.

Wonderful experience. My first time. Esnart (sp) washed my hair thoroughly and gave me a good head massage. Salon was clean, quiet and serene. My appointment was on time. It’s not often with natural hair that you look forward to your next hair appointment.

My daughter's first-ever salon experience was thoroughly enjoyed. She really loved getting her hair washed and braided. Thank you for being so intentional about giving our coily hair all the love it deserves.
