My stylists tended to my needs throughout the entire session, and all the staff were super friendly! The price for my session was also very affordable compared to some other salons in the Bay. I would 10/10 recommend this salon to others and come back for myself!

Care gives THE best facials in the Bay Area!! Ever since I moved here a few years ago, I had tried multiple salons near me. It wasn’t until I found Care that I finally started to see amazing results. She makes me feel incredibly relaxed during our sessions and I leave literally glowing. She also gives such great advice regarding products unique to my skin! I have looked forward to our monthly appointments the past couple years and I am so grateful I found her! I won’t be going anywhere else!

I had such a wonderful experience at Jen Head Spa in San Jose! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I had my session with Tina, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole treatment. The entire experience was deeply relaxing. You can really tell they care about every detail—from the soothing environment to the technique. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

Amazing ambience, nice relaxing music, clean, and Mimi is the best!! Doesn’t rush, really diligent, and my scalp feels so clean! I have thick hair, so most salons don’t scrub properly but Mimi was amazing. Great scalp massage today- super relaxing and will definitely be back for Mimi!

I had a great cut and digital perm with Dylan today. He was very detailed with the perming process. Despite the busy salon, he and his assistant still took good care of me. Dylan was also very good about communicating the cost and time frame of the perm/cut before we started. Highly recommend this salon!!

I had the microdermabrasion facial by Nicole 10 days ago and my face and neck are still super smooth! I had an event the day after my facial and my makeup went on flawlessly, skin was glowing and I’m not the “dewy type”, having had oily skin up until my 40’s. Now in my 50’s I look a good 10 yrs younger than other 55 yr olds. Anyways, Nicole did a beautiful job, chatty when I had q’s and let me relax and mellow out when I stopped talking, something I totally appreciated! Definitely schedule a service with Nicole, this facial was my 2nd appt and I’m looking forward to having bi-weekly facials

I’ve been to many places to get my lashes done and I would say Alo Perfect Lash is by far the best. I’ve been seeing Amy for a few years now. Amy takes the time to listen to her clients and provide the best service. I have extremely sensitive eyes, and Amy takes such great care of my lashes. Thank you, Amy!
