I had the most amazing experience with Candyce at Jamal Amal Hair Salon! In which from the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and at ease. She truly understands hair and took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering expert advice along the way. The end result was beyond my expectations. In all honesty my hair has never looked or felt better! Whiles on the other hand her attention to detail, skill, and warm coupled with her personality made the entire appointment such a joy. I can’t wait to book with her again!

Had an amazing experience with Ebony. She welcomed me at the entrance. We had little banter then she allows me to use the bathroom. When I came back to the room, the wax bed was prepared. She gave me clear instructions then began her magic. She’s thoughtful, non-judgmental, professional, and down-to-earth. Her skill set is exceptional. If you choose Ebony Star Stylez Beauty & Skincare for waxing services you will be well pleased and leave feeling like it was not a big deal - she makes the experience that comfortable and bearable.

I visited a laser hair removal studio for the first time, and I’m beyond impressed! I found them on Instagram after a recommendation and contacted the owner. The communication was smooth, and I received a link to an app to fill out forms, pay the deposit, and get all the necessary info before my visit. The location was easy to find, the salon was clean, warm, and welcoming, and the staff were polite and professional. The specialist was highly skilled, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Laiz was great! I've tried lots of salons but my search is over. She explained what my hair needed and walked me through a low maintenance 1 product routine that gave me the same curls as my 4 product hour-long routine did! Love my cut too!

I was in search for the perfect salon around my new neighborhood and I’ve finally found my place. I have very thick and curly hair, I am very selective about the people I go to for that reason. I recently visited Jamal Amal Salon to get my hair braided, and I had such a great experience! V Lash os a first rate operation. Confirming the appointment via text and email as well as sending reminders. The location is convenient in Midtown around the corner from Herald Square. The entire place is very clean and comfortable. Very relaxed including soothing music playing in the background. Bhawana was lovely, professional and caring checking to assure my comfort throughout the process ( lash lift & tint). It was my first time having it done and all went very well with perfect results. Mom and I had a fabulous day getting a single process, wash and blowout. Dario, who has colored my hair for eons, did a fabulous job as always and blowouts were terrific as well. No waiting, ever and took a very relaxing nap. I wouldn't ever go to another salon.SUPERB!!!!!
