Roberto is always great. I don’t do the same style every time for my short hair and he’s always happy to try something new for me. He also gives good advice when I can’t decide between some styles. The salon is always clean and they have good products for hair wash and style.

I had an amazing experience at SKL Beauty Studio! Sammi was so welcoming and truly made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took her time with my Russian manicure, paying incredible attention to detail. Not only does she do phenomenal work, but she also explained the science behind the products she uses, which I found so refreshing and educational. It’s clear she’s very knowledgeable and cares deeply about what she puts on her clients. I left feeling pampered, informed, and with the best nails I’ve ever had. Highly recommend SKL Beauty Studio!

Genuinely the best haircut I’ve gotten in NYC. I’ve gone to quite a few different salons dedicated to curly hair, including traveling all the way to Jersey to get a proper cut. And in all instances I’ve left underwhelmed, with a cut that was not what I had asked for. This experience was the exact opposite! She took the time to take into account the different curl patterns I have, my daily styling routine, what I wanted and what was achievable. I left the appointment looking and feeling amazing! For anyone out there with 3c hair who has struggled to find a proper cut, definitely visit Chi!

I have been patronizing this establishment for several months now. Maya does my lash extensions and she is exceptional. Upon entering the salon all the technicians are pleasant. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Maya is thorough and a skilled professional. I had an emergency last week and was treated well by the owner when explaining the circumstances surrounding the emergency. It's always nice when professionalism, skills, aesthetics and comfort are combined it makes our experiences even more enjoyable!

I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

This was my second visit and I have to say Toto is now my new go-to salon! Everyone at the salon from the receptionist, shampoo assistant, and my stylist, has been nothing but kind and not to mention highly skilled and professional at their job. Crystal, the salon manager there is also awesome—always taking the time to answer any questions I may have unlike other salons who rather seem to get annoyed. Can’t wait to come back here for my next appointment and I honestly can’t recommend this place enough!!

Decode Salon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an outstanding experience at Decode Salon, located at 210 Centre Street, New York 10013. The Professionalism of Qiu, Debbie provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me. The Milbon treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and revitalized, while the Keratin treatment. I highly recommend!

It was amazing, I had done my hair cut with other first and they spoiled it but then my friend took me here and they discussed with me about what I had asked and then found the flaws and made my hair as much better as possible, I am really really grateful for this salon. I think her name is bertha.

As always, coming in to Alchemy space I was received with grace, beauty and joy. It is an experience of being wanted and held and given the best haircut.

I had hair that reached past my waist when I decided to give myself a drastic cut - cutting it to just below my collarbone. I tend to do this every few years, but as you can imagine, the result wasn’t exactly even. I reached out to V&C Image Hair Salon and was warmly greeted over the phone. Jesse, my stylist, took the time to listen carefully to my request—I simply wanted an even cut to fix my uneven ends. She delivered exactly what I asked for. I’m very satisfied with the service, and was impressed by how clean and welcoming the salon was. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

My visit this morning to your salon was most pleasurable. The person who provided me service was most efficient and competent, and was most courteous. She was kind and interacted with me to provide exactly the haircut I wanted. I will surely get back to your salon many times in the future.

I love Toto Hair salon... the treatment was superb! Best hair wash I've ever experienced. I felt welcomed and well treated while getting my Keratin hair processed. The best to me was surrounded by beautiful plants. They took all the necessary precautions to protect my eyes and provided me with a face mask. I will definitely visit Toto Hair salon again.
