Laura was wonderful, very friendly and explained what she was applying to my skin and my scalp throughout the treatment. We did start about 10 minutes late and she ended about five minutes early. Making my total treatment, including a consultation, time to disrobe and then robe again after the service 75 minutes versus 90 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience with Aurora for my head spa! She was very gentle and attentive, and I had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Since this was my first head spa experience, it was really interesting to see my scalp magnified in such detail. I had never seen my scalp that closely before! I also tried the mini microneedling facial for the first time. I’m curious to see if it helps reduce the fine lines around my eyes, and if I notice a difference, I would definitely consider continuing with the treatment. Overall, I had a great experience and would love to book my next appointment
