This was my first time at the Velvet Head Spa and I had a wonderful experience. Becca was very kind and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time! The scalp treatment and massage pretty much put me to sleep. I’ve never been more relaxed! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a scalp treatment that deals with buildup or just wants to feel pampered! I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks again! :)

My first time here. My sons got me a gift card for my 55th birthday and I was so excited to FINALLY experience a local head spa. I have been eyeing these spas for a few years now but none were close enough to me. My interaction with the online site as well as the front desk in trying to get booked were easy and trouble-free. When I arrived, I loved the atmosphere but the scent that welcomed me when I walked in was heavenly! Becca was my specialist and she was absolutely the sweetest and did an awesome job. Bennie was amazing! I had a scalp treatment, a facial massage, and a shoulder and neck massage. He was very professional and kind. I left feeling incredibly relaxed. He also gave me the quickest and gentlest hair blow out I have ever had! Book with Bennie!

Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. I opted for their signature spa, which was a highlight. The only drawback: while booking I selected “any” therapist, assuming they would confirm my gender preference in person but that didn’t happen, and I only found out after changing. That said, the therapist was excellent..professional, respectful, and mindful of privacy. Clean facilities, hospitable staff, clear explanations, and complimentary drinks made it even better. Overall, a good experience.
