First, let me start by saying I do not trust just anyone with my hair. All my life it’s been a struggle to love my curls & manage them in a way that I was happy with. Today, meeting Kim has changed all that! She was very patient, kind & informative, explaining each step & making sure I understood the game plan for my hair. Kim instructed me on all the special things that I should do to achieve my hair goals so I can embrace and love my curls. Bonus, all these special things will not take up much of my time, if anything it’ll be easier than my normal routine. 💯 recommend! Thank you Kim ❤️

Kim came highly recommended, but she was better than we could have dreamed of. The nicest, most caring stylist I have ever met. I took my 11 year old daughter for her first curly cut at Roots Radicals North today and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Kim is lovely and really took her time explaining every step along the way so we could learn how to manage her curls at home. The salon itself is clean and bright. My daughter hates having her hair brushed and Kim was so patient and gentle while untangling her curls. The entire experience was well worth the money. I’ve already recommended Kim to all of my curly haired friends. We will definitely be back!
