Jon was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions based on my hair type. My hair turned out even better than I imagined. The salon atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I highly recommended!

This was our second visit to Fade Factory, and once again, it was a great experience. Joey connects well with my son and knows exactly what he wants, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Nick was amazing! I booked on a Sunday but we needed to reschedule due to a conflict and he was so professional, accommodating and overall very kind. I got gel x nails and they are perfect. 10/10!

Riki was phenomenal. Very compassionate, easy to talk to, and absolutely talented. Riki was very accommodating and my child left the salon feeling confident and loving her new style. I also liked that Riki consulted with my child and understood exactly what she was asking for. Riki was able to get my shy child to open up and express herself and give her a hair cut that looks great and she feels good about.

Jon did such an amazing job on my sisters hair. Her highlights were so grown out and she wanted it to look more blended and natural. She won’t stop talking about how perfect he did. Even though we didn’t know how to describe exactly what she wanted he knew what to do and it turned out amazing. I highly recommend!
