I live in Nevada now, but since finding Jess I wait to return to Chicago because I can’t go to anyone else! Watching her cut almost seems like a lesson in geometry, she makes sure to follow my wishes, and the results have always been more than 5 stars in my opinion! Plus she’s a lot of fun to talk to. Win-win.

Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Karina is so kind, flexible with scheduling, and easy to reach out to. I DM her on Instagram and the appointment is booked within minutes. Her new salon is beautiful with a great location, as well. I definitely recommend Karina and will continue going back to her for all my hair needs :)

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Will definitely keep them in mind and even visit next time I’m in Chicago because we’re besties now.

I absolutely love how my hair turned out! He is an amazing hairstylist who truly listens to what the customer wants and takes the time to understand their vision. He brought exactly what I had in mind to life and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I am extremely happy with my haircut and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a stylist who is skilled, patient, and attentive.

After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. This level of customer care is exactly why I’ve been a longtime client and will continue coming back. Thank you, Maral - 10/10 recommend.

I had my hair done at Studio 84 One for my wedding celebration dinner. The stylist was very efficient and the result was great. He advised me to wash my hair in advance to save time because I was under time pressure and updo took only 35 minutes for my mid-length hair. Highly recommend.

I loved every minute of my experience, Mel is the best hair stylist I've ever been to.. She is so professional and knowledgeable, she gave me tips on how to grow my hair. They have there on products that they use and they work so well on my hair. This is my new home for hair care and makeup. Yeah she does makeup too. I am referring all my people to this shop. I prayed for this experience and God answered.

I always have the best salon experience here. The stylists (China-owner, & Melanie) are the sweetest ladies and makes everyone feel cared for & welcomed! And both excellent hair & makeup stylists. I literally fell asleep at the wash bowl. The scalp massage, gentle wash & condition felt amazing & relaxing. We always have great conversations, music & lots of laughter. 10 out of 10 experience every time!! 😍🤩

Excellent! The best spa manicure and spa pedicure with callous remover that I have ever had. I have travelled throughout the U.S. and stayed at top resorts with spas and this was better. It was very clean and the service was excellent. There is no comparison to any place in Chicago. I highly recommend.
