I recently relocated to Charlotte and entrusted my hair to Jocelyn after an exhaustive online search. During my first appointment, she performed a thorough analysis of my hair/scalp and provided excellent guidance and service. Jocelyn is not simply a talented stylist; she genuinely cares about hair health. My hair was not in the best condition when I arrived but after my first visit I noticed a change in my elasticity and bounce. She now has me on a strategic path towards a better mane and I am confident my hair will be in good hands.

Jocelyn is amazing as always. Took my 8 year old daughter for a wash, cut,.blow dryer. She is quick, shows attention to detail, and is gentle. My daughter loves coming to get her hair done. I had the most amazing experience with Courtnie! She was kind, gentle and so talented. I showed her a few inspo pictures and she brought them to life x1000000!
