Experience was pretty good. Having Miss Shanna herself starting off seemed to have really moved the process along quickly. The two ladies were also good, all of which led to my hai being finished in record time and yet done so good. I am particularly pleased that Miss Shanna gave me the layered cut I had requested whilst at the appointment. So overall the experience was very good.
