The service is always gentle and pleasant. I also appreciate how informative Shevannese is about caring for my hair, a non-judgmental and caring tone.

Teisha is a miracle worker with a beautiful soul! She guided me through the regrowth process, and my hair is now flourishing. She provides a safe, respectful and highly encouraging environment from the moment you sit in her chair. Her welcoming spirit makes you feel right at home.

A good experience once again. Timely start, good speed, useful update as to what’s being done and recommendations for hair care. The level of thoughtfulness and mindfulness of customer preference is so very refreshing. Very good communication at every step. Satisfied with the outcome.

A consistently excellent experience due to the customer service, care in treatment and maintenance and styling expertise. She assess the state of your hair and scalp and makes recommendations if necessary. No matter the request, I leave with healthy, moisturized and beautifully styled hair that lasts. I appreciate her calm demeanor, punctuality and patience that makes the overall experience 10/10.

Impeccable customer service. We started off a bit late as a previous clients appointment overlapped into mine, however that minor set back went through the door as soon as Shev' started gettin what she does so naturally. Not only did she give sound advice and "accomplished the task so well", she did everything with care and you could feel the passion. I cant wait to go back!
