Brie did a wonderful job. She has converted me to using salons, more specifically hers, going forward. My fear of all things Beauty has been removed. Brie was brilliant with my toddler who had her first haricot. I can't thank or praise her enough

Soph is very knowledgeable and extremely talented at her job. She takes the time to explain the procedure and makes you feel at home! The salon is cosy, with an amazingly comfy chair/bed for the treatments. I was very impressed and looking forward to the on going treatment in a few weeks time

Britney made me feel comfortable and at ease with a brilliant builder gel manicure with art. This was my first visit but I was recommended to the salon and particularly Britney by my daughter who had her wedding nails done. Needless to say I’ve rebooked 😊

What a wonderful experience to have a facial with Marie, she really makes you feel so special and totally relaxed. The salon is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the products used are first class. Followed by a hair cut, wash and blow dry expertly done by Claire. Felt so glamorous having my hair looking so nice and my face glowing from the treatment. A real treat.

From the moment I walked in, they greeted me by name before I even opened my mouth - first impressions 100% gold star! The therapist Jen, continued the high standard of customer care. My head massage & facial was amazing, the whole experience was wonderful. Jen made sure there was enough blankets to keep me warm, the atmosphere was calm, warm & relaxing. I definitely drifted off into another world for half an hour. Highly recommend Iconic & will most definitely be back spreading the word. Thank you team
