When making booking ,Megan explained what was to happen,on day of treatment was welcomed with a smile,shown to beauty room. Was told exactly what was being done,what and if I would feel anything, and what the treatment was for. Very pleasant girl

I cannot recommend Nat enough, she is the best person to go to for any facials. I tried lumi pro skin boosters yesterday and my skin feels firmer already. Nat is very professional, friendly and has a lovely salon room. I will be back soon for my usual, thank you xxx

Such a beautiful soul. From the moment I walked in the salon, I knew I was in safe hands. The moment I walked into JL’s Hideaway Beauty & Aesthetics, I was instantly impressed. The space is spotless, warm, and incredibly inviting. I had bio nails done and will definitely be returning for more treatments. The therapists are amazing, down to earth, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I felt completely relaxed throughout my visit. I’ve been going to Jen for years now for my brows and she always does a wonderful job. I always get compliments on them and asked where I go. The new space is beautiful too! As someone on the autism spectrum I often find beauty places quite intimidating to go to but Jen has always made me feel comfortable and is so lovely and easy to talk to.

First time visiting the salon. Really welcoming friendly staff, Jodie cut and blowdried my hair, really happy. Will definitely return ☺️

Natalie was very welcoming and friendly. She took the time to explain the treatment and aftercare, and answered any questions I had. The salon is a lovely environment, Natalie had the room nice and cosy with soft music and blankets if needed. The microdermabrasion has left my skin feeling super soft. This is only my second treatment with Natalie and I will definitely be booking in again.

Megan was so kind and professional, I am a extremely anxious person when it comes to going to salons etc, but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, as soon as she explained everything she said ‘this is a no talk zone so if you don’t feel like talking that’s okay because I get that sometimes this is the only chance people have to wind down’ and I love that. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or awkward, I 100% recommend the hydro facial with meg, Thankyou so much 🩷

Lovely salon, staff are all friendly and Sydney did an excellent job colouring my hair, highly recommended
