Best service in Stevenage! I’ve been going to see Rhiannon for well over a year now and she has completely changed the health of my nails, I would honestly never go anywhere else. Have also had my eyelashes lifted and my make up done with her and always been so impressed. Not only that, Rhiannon is also so lovely and always provides a 10/10 service!

Rhiannon smashed it once again. Couldn’t ever go anywhere else for my nails now. I moved to Stevenage a few months ago and was trying to find a new nail tech. Absolutely landed on my feet with Rhiannon! I LOVE my nails every time. She also makes you so comfortable throughout your appointment! 5 star all round. X x

Becky is the most friendliest & wholesome beautician I’ve met along my ways. I always recommend The Prep Room to friends and family. I use Katie for everything a girl needs to maintain herself and cannot fault her at all, she is the only beautician/masseuse i will go to she is THAT amazing. She is efficient, professional, kind, friendly and her work is absolutely amazing. I love her home studio it’s extremely quiet, peaceful, warm & cosy which only adds to the wonderful experience. Parking always available too which is super handy. I highly recommend her she is 10/10 and you will not regret it.

Greeted with a smile as always. Forget about how good Jade is with all her beauty treatments. Jade as a person just makes you feel good even on a bad day. My eyebrows are always a triumph with Jade but she is a warmhearted person that you could just have a coffee and chat with. She is my therapist as wall as my beautician. I would go so far as to say friend ( even though there is a huge age gap) she makes me feel young. Thank you Jade. Have a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones and a very happy healthy New Year. Brows today, ombré and hair strokes. I am so so pleased with the result, having had a bad experience elsewhere, Natasha removed my semi permanent eyebrow makeup and we started again. Totally worth the time taken and very little discomfort taking the old brow off. I cannot recommend Natasha enough, what a lovely person, I had every faith in her that she would do a great job and she did just that! She really knows her stuff, thanks so much🩷

Tia is the best! Great haircut and colour. She is also super lovely. Also washed my hair without splashing water on my face and removing make up from half od my face (my usual experience even in the best salons). The attention to the detail is key. Super happy with everything and can’t wait to come back.
