My beautician was wonderful.....but there was a lady in the salon who gave me auditory overload, no consideration for other clients she was rude about Kam and just too much. No manners or self awareness

I had the best experience today with Tracey. She is so kind and lovely also so professional. She makes you feel so relaxed and at ease. Tracey is amazing with her hands I had the best massage and facial and still feel relaxed now. I am so happy with eyebrows that I had tinted and waxed and she made sure I liked them at every stage. She is so easy to talk to or like me just lay silent too. I had a great experience xx

Ive had 5 treatments of the age resist facial..so happy with the results and what a relaxing facial this is..the shoulder massage eased all my aches and pains..Tracey is brilliant and puts so much into having a great experience..the facial itself was refreshing and relaxing..so happy with the results..would highly recommend!

The ladies here are the most friendly and professional beauticians you’ll ever meet, not only is their work to the highest standard but they make you feel extremely welcome and relaxed. I received treatments for lashes, brows and hair, I can highly recommend all the ladies working here, for all treatments. Don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else from now on.

Mia is an amazing nail artist and beautician. Her work is always stunning and she pays so much attention to detail regardless of whether I'm just wanting something simple or something more complicated. She is so friendly too as are the rest of the ladies at Zen. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Came in just for a eyebrow wax after putting it off for months due to a previous bad experience with another beautician, they made me feel at ease straight away and has a friendly atmosphere inside, the wax itself was great, always asking if I was happy before taking more off and making sure I was happy throughout, so happy with my end result and will definitely be becoming a regular! I love Zen , all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Kam did a brilliant eyebrow wax , eyelash dye and an amazing facial. I highly recommend this beauty salon!
