Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

Tammy did a great job with my lash lift & tint, even tinted my lower lashes which a lot of beauticians don't do. I also got a hand & forearm masage while waiting for my lashes to lift. Highly recommend Tammy.

I love my nails! The attention to detail is unreal. Such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere too – we had a good chat, and the appointment flew by. I’ll definitely be booking in again. If you’re thinking about it, just do it – you won’t be disappointed!

Very happy with how Frankie did my hair! I normally have Danielle, but as she was away I was fitted in with Frankie. She listened to what I wanted, and made a good job considering neither of us knew what colours Danielle had used! She is also very friendly, and easy to talk to 😊

Mel cared about my comfort during the treatment and made my first Deso Body experience as comfortable as possible, i also appreciated Rosie being on hand with cooling ice packs, which really helped straight after.

Am absolutely thrilled with the miracle Mel has performed today on my nose! I was so nervous about going to have filler as I had been put off from the horror stories you see online. I had an initial consultation then still had many questions, so I contacted Mel who again took the time to answer clearly and honestly and reassured me. In my appointment Mel and Rosie made me feel calm and safe and I am so pleased with the outcome. I have had three sessions with Fiona, allways leave with more mobility, Fiona is very good at explaining what she is doing and why, the sessions are allways relaxed apart from when a tight knot is found, Valkyrie was recommended to me and I recommend them to you👍
