Very happy with how Frankie did my hair! I normally have Danielle, but as she was away I was fitted in with Frankie. She listened to what I wanted, and made a good job considering neither of us knew what colours Danielle had used! She is also very friendly, and easy to talk to 😊

Mel cared about my comfort during the treatment and made my first Deso Body experience as comfortable as possible, i also appreciated Rosie being on hand with cooling ice packs, which really helped straight after.

Am absolutely thrilled with the miracle Mel has performed today on my nose! I was so nervous about going to have filler as I had been put off from the horror stories you see online. I had an initial consultation then still had many questions, so I contacted Mel who again took the time to answer clearly and honestly and reassured me. In my appointment Mel and Rosie made me feel calm and safe and I am so pleased with the outcome. I’m so happy with my brow lamination, wax & tint! ✨ I’ve never been able to shape my brows correctly but chenise done a fabulous job and I’ve never felt so confident! 👸🏽 The lamination has helped my makeup routine become so much easier and low maintenance. Chenise was so welcoming, made me feel more than comfortable & she is a true perfectionist - highly recommend!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I came to shannon for my classic lash extension course after hearing very good things about her and i honestly couldn’t recommend her enough ! she was so patient, supportive and explained everything so clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole day.
