Amy was absolutely amazing. I hate going to hairdressers as I always end up leaving unhappy as they don’t listen to what I want, well I left Amy’s feeling brilliant, she did exactly what I asked and my hair feels and looks amazing! I had been looking for a salon near me that uses dermalogica for a while. I booked a facial as a birthday treat for myself but I got so much more from my appt. It was sooo relaxing & just what I needed. Natalie also took the time to listen to my skin concerns (I have really sensitive skin). She is really knowledgeable and wants to help in creating a good skin care routine that will work with my skin type. I also rec'd a follow up message the next day to see how my skin was which is over and above what I expected from my appt. I am really pleased & already booked in again.

Great salon, very friendly.

Visited Mino for first time today, came highly recommended by a friend. Mino was very welcoming and very knowledgeable, I had Henna eyebrows and eyelash extensions, Mino explained in great detail what I should expect from my treatments. I am delighted with the results, would say the best I have ever had, will definitely recommend Mino to friends/family and will be returning to the salon.

Had a keratin blow dry by Laura . It was the first time using this salon and was recommended by my daughter. My hair looks fantastic and in much better condition than before, this salon was excellent value compared to some other salons . Laura was friendly and professional and the place had a good atmosphere.

Lucy is so lovely and welcoming and the massage is wonderful! Extremely relaxing and a fantastic way to un-wind. The salon is lovely and everything is very clean. I can’t recommend this experience enough! I can’t wait for my next treatment.

Megan is amazing at what she does, the salon is the most hygienic salon I have been too. Her treatments are always high standard, with little extra touches that set her out from the rest. Hand massages and the choice of products are the best! Great salon experience. Well done Megan!

I would recommend Francis Hair Salon and Weave Bar. Never had any problems, staff are friendly and accommodating.

Megan is very friendly and accommodating. My nails and nail art are exactly as I wanted them. It was also nice to not feel rushed in the appointment unlike other salons where there may be a queue of walk in appointments waiting to be squeezed in. Megan clearly takes her time and pride in her work, without the appointment feeling too long either. You can tell that the products and tools Megan uses are of a good quality.

This is my second time at Luci and I’ll absolutely be returning. Words can’t explain how relaxing the full treatment is. Luci is so welcoming and friendly and the salon is beautiful and immaculate. Cannot recommend this treatment and Luci enough. Thank you for giving a busy working mom an hour of pure bliss. You are an angel ❤️ X
