I had Sophia do my hair and it's perfect. Both Lynn and Sophia were warm and welcoming which was a big help as I was nervous but got put at ease instantly! Sophia was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. The salon is also lovely! Thank you ❤️

Emily is fantastic!!! She did a wonderful gel manicure for me - lovely autumnal vibes, and a very relaxing full body massage! What a wonderful start to my day that was! Sam is lovely too! Purity is definitely my favourite beauty salon and I highly recommend it!

Tiani Tiani Tiani my all time favourite hair styIist! I had a bit of a phobia about going to the hairdressers until I met Tiani! she listens, advises and I have never come away disappointed. Lovely, friendly, professional salon and easy to park.

This was my first visit to Khartoum House Hair Studio having recently moved to Ipswich. I was really pleased with my cut and blow from Kelsey who also made a lot of effort to fit me in. I would highly recommend this salon

So pleased with my hair done by Lynne today, only my 2nd appointment and the transformation already is amazing! Lynne is knowledgable and has so much experience, I feel as though I’m learning more and more about my hair each time I go. Before I started going to Lynne’s I thought I was never going to gr the colour I wanted, I’m not sure how but she has managed that already! Such warm, welcoming salon, made to feel completely at ease and relaxed! ❤️

This is only my 2nd time of visiting Lynne at her salon and already I cannot believe the massive improvements made to my hair. The moment I walked through the door I felt totally confident in Lynne’s hands, Lynne is so knowledgeable in her trade and there’s nothing about hair she doesn’t know! I'm usually a nervous person but Kelsey and Tiani have always been welcoming, friendly and kind during my many visits to this salon, and I look forward to seeing them. I'm always left very pleased with my haircuts, they make sure that it compliments your face shape, always ask if there's anything you want changed, and also can make good recommendations for the direction you want to take your hair if you asked. Not to mention they give a wonderful head massage with the hairwash! 🥰 Thank you very much and look forward to your continued services 😊

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Sophia done a full head of highlights, toner, cut and blow dry for me today and I am thrilled with the results. She listened to what I was after and advised me exactly what was achievable. She was so lovely to speak to and it never felt forced or awkward. She took me back to the blonde version of me I recognise after feeling a loss of identity as a "mum" and I am so grateful. Gutted I hadn't found this lovely salon earlier as I have lived literally round the corner for almost 3 years 🤦🏼‍♀️. Thank you so much Sophia, see you in April!

I think Emma may be the one of the loveliest people I have ever met. It felt like I’d gone for a 2 hour coffee and a chin wag with a best friend. I always worry about feeling awkward and out of place when going for any form of beauty treatment, but I had the best time during my mani & pedi.
