Catherine’s treatments always feel so much more than a facial or a massage. I have been having monthly appointments for the past year and this recent one was my favourite yet! I have had numerous massages over the years but this reflexology session was something special. Catherine has a gentle, intuitive approach. The massage combined with the aromatherapy oils and the beautiful inviting space was just spot on and I left feeling so zen! She also gave some useful self care tips to do at home. Catherine is so attentive, adapting to your needs and really wonderful. The studio is beautiful, instantly calming and relaxing (bed, blankets, products). Would sincerely recommend Catherine and her dual treatments (reflexology and facial) are absolutely heaven!

Amazing massage and facial… Catherine is the best!!

After having a few disrupted nights of sleep, I booked in for a facial with reflexology and I slept so much better afterwards! My skin also looks great and the products used work well with my sensitive skin type. Such a lovely treatment and experience.

The signature facial was probably one of the best facials I have had in a while. A truly holistic experience, Catherine has a real talent to feel what's going on underneath the skin surface. I can't wait for my next treatment, thank you!
