I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. She recommends products to make the hair healthy/protected both before and after colouring. I love her balayage work. Next up is a haircut!! I always feel great after my appointments. I got a facial done today, and I’m not familiar with skincare at all. My skin was extremely dehydrated, but Kayla took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and gave me the confidence and motivation to start taking better care of my skin. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and genuine care. I highly recommend booking with Kayla if you're new to skincare or looking for someone who truly wants to help you achieve healthier skin!
