I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had at any salon. I’ve had experience with bad hair cuts, hair dye not what you were hoping for, even poor service. But when I met Nelly she welcomed me and listened. She took time to understand my hair was a mess, I have my son’s wedding in the fall and I needed to fix my hair now in preparation for proper healthy hair growth. After a few questions, instead of rushing a hair cut she changed my appointment from a cut to a consult. We rebooked for the next day to do a cut and colour fix. I had never been this happy with the outcome. Well done

Tanya was just amazing and did an outstanding work. I went for full highlights with a vivid colour, I explained what I was looking for and she knew exactly what to do and absolutely exceeded my expectations. I'm beyond words and Vivid Hair Studio is now my go to. Highly recommended their services.

I absolutely love going to this salon! Nelly is awesome and Tanya is great — you can tell they both love what they do. They always make sure their customers are happy with the service, and I always leave feeling fantastic. On top of that, I always have a great laugh when I’m there — it’s such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Vivid Hair Studio. I felt welcomed and super comfortable. I went for a very long due haircut and Nelly understood right away what I wanted to achieve and I left feeling awesome. Absolutely recommend and can't wait for my next appointment.

After another popular salon completely botched my hair, I was disappointed and nervous about trusting someone else. I reached out to Casey, and she got me in quickly. She listened to exactly what I wanted, understood my original vision, and somehow brought my dream hair to life. Her talent, attention to detail, and genuine care are unmatched. Casey is truly beyond a 5-star stylist. Vivid Hair Studio is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and full of charm. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish, and I left feeling like myself again.
