Had my first session with jas & she is absolutely amazing. i’m a very conservative person & she made me feel so very comfortable. She is very informative about the entire service from before photos, during right to the very end of our session. I’ve been seeing Jemma at Voltage Hair & Co for years and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She’s taken me from platinum blonde to pink, red, purple and back again and somehow my hair is still healthy. That alone says everything. I had treatments done by Jas today and couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was professional, friendly, and cheerful throughout the appointment, and she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Jas is amazing and really listens. I went in with no knowledge about the service. Told her how I ended up finding her service and the rest is history. I’m an inconsistent person at the moment and I wasn’t sure if I was going to turn up to the appointment. I’m so glad I put my excuses aside today because the service was what I’ve been needing for a very long time. I’ve signed up for weekly visits now and really look forward to smoothing out my skin and any additional positive results that also occur. I will welcome it all.
