First time visiting and had the fat freezing cryo treatment. Nora talked me through the procedure and checked I was ok throughout. Completely painless and I felt very relaxed. Had an aftercare sheet and everything explained. See you soon for my 2nd session !

I’ve just completed a 5 week course on the bike and have loved every minute of it! More that that, it has really helped to tone my legs, they’ve definitely changed shape for the better, and just in time for my holiday! Nora is absolutely lovely!
