I recently visited Clare for a reflexology session, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professional. The session itself was deeply soothing — I could literally feel tension and stress melting away. Really good experience with Cara. Very knowledgable and informative! Needed help with right calves before my half marathon hopefully with the advice from Cara they hold out 🤞🏽 would highly recommend and I’ll be coming back for help with other issues in the near future

Went to see Cara after struggling with knee pain following a run for the past 2 weeks. Cara ran through a thorough assessment initially, had a good luck at my range of movement before moving into working on my knee. She also looked at other areas that my knee pain was impacting e.g. my knee and lower back. At the end she took the time to run through a series of exercises to strengthen my knee with me. I felt she was thorough, knowledgable and I didn’t feel rushed, she was genuinely trying to get to the root of the problem. Will take her advice on board and return if still struggling.

Final appointment for Plasma treatment. After 2 appointments have noticed an improvement. Pleased with the results. Dr Gabs provides great service & client support .

Clare was so lovely and great at making me feel comfortable. The reflexology was really relaxing and she clearly knows her practice well.

Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment at the Luma practice. It felt like a real treat to myself and an investment in me. Better than any meal out or shopping spree! Claire has a lovely way of engaging and setting you at ease. The reiki was really interesting and new for me and I would do this again. I loved the reflexology. I am lucky to have had some great reflexology treatments before and this was exceptional. I would highly recommend Clare.
