Very safe and loads of fun.Jason explains things so you leave his office, knowing what you can do to help your body to heal. I found Jason's guidance and support to get me off my bottom, to start actioning what my body needed.

Jarna is lovely! I've really enjoyed my treatments. There's plenty of variety to different treatments but I usually go for HIEMT sessions with red light. :) I've done a couple sessions of "beautiful legs" I believe it's called & I see immediate results with that. Thanks Jarna :)
