Thank you to the team at this wonderful salon. The service was so professional. I brought my daughter in to get a wash, conditioner and styled. She has a lot of thick, long beautiful natural hair and I appreciated how the team assisted our stylist, Vera with helping out on my daughter's hair. Thank you Vera for being patient and understanding especially when I asked you to handle my daughter's hair differently because of the beautiful thickness of her hair. I highly recommend this salon.

Excellent! Love how the staff make an effort to take care for my hair whenever I visit the salon. They do not do hair for the sake of just doing it but do it with utmost attention. As well they listen to the needs the customer concerning their tresses.

It was good. Got to the salon on time but it was still being cleaned by the time my appointment was due to start. Started my hair a little later. Other than that, my hairstylist Cleo really delivered with the hair style I wanted!

The ladies and owner are always friendly and gracious! The time frame allocated to the appointment is very accurate as well. All the team members become committed to your hair journey, giving you advice, commend you for your progress or gently scold you when you have been skipping on the trims :) Overall, it’s always a lovely experience when I go to the Salon! Best decision I made for my hair.

Great customer service Timing could be worked on, I booked for 12 and only started after 1230 and finished well after 14 disrupting other programs. I loved my hair and the hair dresser was polite All in all I had a good experience. Recommendation: bigger salon space

Wonderful experience. My first time. Esnart (sp) washed my hair thoroughly and gave me a good head massage. Salon was clean, quiet and serene. My appointment was on time. It’s not often with natural hair that you look forward to your next hair appointment.

I liked that I was offered an option of a hairdo and it turned out nice.

My daughter's first-ever salon experience was thoroughly enjoyed. She really loved getting her hair washed and braided. Thank you for being so intentional about giving our coily hair all the love it deserves.

I had an excellent experience at The Mane Lounge Salon. The hairdresser plaited my short hair neatly, and it wasn’t painful. The salon is spacious, clean, and offers top-notch service. My hair was done in two hours, just as promised.

It was good . Barbra did my hair she was quite most of the time. Only spoke to me when she wanted me to move. She didn’t introduce herself to me or ask my name so i didnt feel at home. She was fast finished in less than 2 hours that was great for me
