Bia is a skilled and friendly hairdresser. Her questions, intuition and knowledge made me feel heard. My hair was washed with tenderness - thank you. Bia curled my hair which I absolutely loved. My hair was curled a very long time ago and I had forgotten how wonderful it felt. Both, my husband and daughter like my hair which is saying a lot! Once again so very happy - and the fact that the team allows their young and eager to learn students have the confidence to cut some of my hair is a huge plus as it shows me Bhava has full faith in all their stylists and each one is a perfectionist. Warren and gis team were excellent. He took me from copped to a gorgeous natural blond in one session, without damaging my hair AT ALL. The location of the salon is so great as well as the interior. I had an amazing experience at this salon! After years of unkind treatment elsewhere, I finally felt truly cared for. The lady who washed my hair was so gentle and sweet—my scalp has been tender since a car accident, but her massage was heavenly. My stylist was just as wonderful. I came in feeling defeated, with low self-esteem after losing hair post-surgery, but I left feeling like a princess. They made me feel special and beautiful again. This was the confidence boost I didn’t know I needed. Thank you!
