I went for an MK treatment and trim a week ago with this lovely lady. I just washed my hair for the first time after the treatment and my hair is so glossy, soft and luscious. Fay is so welcoming, I met her for the first time and she treated me like a long time bestie. She trimmed my hair just the way I wanted and was so gentle. Even guided me through every step of the process. No residue or flakiness after the treatment and the hair fragrance applied after was 😍 I can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you Fay!

If I could rate 11/10 I would! Exceptionally great service received from Fay. My hair felt so so soft once the Botox treatment was finished. She even uses a plastic cover to protect your ears & forehead from burning! My wash was extremely relaxing, loved the way Chrizelle blow dried and flat ironed my hair. Many hair stylists struggle to get my curly roots but she was 100%. She engaged in conversation and it was super comfortable, I feel so much more confident after doing my hair and coming this satisfied from a hair salon isn’t always the case for myself. I hope and pray for a safe and healthy delivery for her and her baby girl. She will definitely be seeing me when she is back. Thanks to Chrizelle and the team for making my experience nothing short of pleasurable.

Had an opportunity to have Imaan do my hair , overall experience all the staff is nice and welcoming! They offered coffee and then got immediate assistance, washed my hair felt like the best massage yet Then imaan basically asked what I would like and she executed exactly that Can’t wait to be back!
