My experience at the salon is always great. They keep to time, Nelly is a very professional and talented hairstylist who advises very well. The salon just has limited hairstyles and I am out of hairstyles to do there.

It’s not the closest place for me but I’m glad I went. I arrived and got attended to immediately-my appointment time was respected. I was Done with wig line in exactly 1hr. Gugu was the most professional and gentlest hair stylist I even slept whilst she was busy. Security is 100%, location was easy to find and you can park your car right outside the salon. Also they serve you with refreshments👏🏾👏🏾

Please keep up the great service! From the time I walked in. The friendly reception who made sure I didn’t wait for long and started with my wash! The cleanliness! The soft music!!!! The great hairstylist! Wow! When I got to my car, I took some time to tell all of my friends about Eli Natural Hair! What a pleasant space! Oh and the parking!!!! 😭 with a security guard! Oh guys please keep it up, there aren’t a lot of places like this anymore especially black hair salons. Price-wise, it wasn’t too bad but it’s a service I was happy to pay for. Yhu! Please keep it up!!! Loved it

What a lovely salon. Friendly staff. Love the punctuality. My appointment starts when I arrive and ends at the time they said it would giving me time to meet my other obligations. Nelisiwe is gentle on the hair, funny and advisory. More hairstyle options definitely need to be explored. We want more!!! Otherwise happy overall.

Good haircare products and styling. Staff could be friendlier and ask if clients would like a beverage. 2nd time having to ask. Otherwise I’ve recommended the salon to everyone I know!

The salon is very clean and the staff sanitise frequently. The staff is very friendly. I loved how they wrapped up my wash with a head massage. Felt soooooo good. Also they take the time to wash your hair. Oh to add on to that they are not stingy with product 😁😁. The hair fibre used got people complimenting me and asking where I bought my fibre. Its gorgeous and you can feel the quality.

Joanie always cuts our hair beautifully and is reliable, friendly and efficient.

Fantastic hair treatment, highlights, cut and blow. Also great pedicure beteeen the above treatment. Very friendly and professional.

The lady who did the waxing for my daughter and I was nice and friendly but we’re not happy with the results. There’s still a noticeable amount of hair left on both of us.
