First time there and it was wonderful. I was immediately greeted warmly when I entered and every staff member smiled and welocomed me as they saw me. My stylist, Sidney, put me at ease immediately. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I only had a haircut this time but we discussed some color options for the near future. She asked for my preferences during the cut (e.g. "Do you want to go shorter here?") and suggested a cool new product that I purchased. I love my haircut and I am looking forward to coming back for color. Clean, comfortable, friendly. I will be back.

This was our second visit to Fade Factory, and once again, it was a great experience. Joey connects well with my son and knows exactly what he wants, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Phenomenal color appointment! Kala is an awesome stylist and did a fantastic job on my fantasy color! She is also a super friendly human which puts me at ease and makes the appointment fly by. I had a great experience at Crazy Mullets! The stylist gave me a great haircut that was exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great haircut.

... Wonderful and CONSISTENT quality of the haircuts aside... Kayla, the lead stylist, is a wonderful person. Never ceases to make an anxious Me feel comfortable in the chair and with the procedure. She truly cares about everyone coming thru that shop, both employee and customers. Shopped around every decent salon in Lakewood and beyond and this is by FAR the best. Also.. Inclusive and sensitive to all peoples and thats the shit

I go regularly for a root touch up and gloss. Each and every time I leave the Solon I am very satisfied with the outcome! Jon makes you feel invited and is very easy to have conversations with. He listens to exactly what you are looking for and makes your vision become reality. I couldn’t recommend his services enough and feel like if you are looking for a new stylist you should definitely give him a shot!

Always a positive experience! Kayla has been my stylist for 5 years, followed her from beauty school. She listens, is creative and is excellent at making my color pop!! definitely recommend Crazy Mullets, nice staff, good relaxed and safe atmosphere.
