I had a really nice experience overall. The owner and the hairdresser were both incredibly kind and accommodating. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out! They did a beautiful job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the makeup wasn’t quite what I asked for. I requested a very natural look, but it ended up being much heavier than I wanted and I had to redo it. That said, their kindness and the positive energy in the salon really stood out, and I truly appreciated how welcoming they were.

An absolute 10/10 experience. From the moment you walk in, it feels more like a high-end spa than a typical nail salon. They offer you a glass of champagne or sparkling water right away, and the interior is stunningly clean and serene. My nail artist took her time, paid incredible attention to detail, and gave me the most flawless, precise structured gel manicure I’ve ever had. There was no rushing, the massage was actually relaxing, and the hygiene standards are top-tier. It is absolutely worth every penny for the luxury treatment."🌸💐🤍

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Anyone out there super picky about their mani/pedis?…I am!!! I’ve walked away from numerous salons because of their poor business practices. It’s hard to find a solid nail salon. Masha is meticulous. My hands and feet feel better than any other job I’ve have in my memory. My haves and feet look beautiful, fresh, and feel soft. Quiet luxury. Highly recommend!!!
