Jo was absolutely amazing! My mom and I both had blonde highlights done, and we're both so happy with the results. She really listened to what we wanted and got it exactly right. I had such a great experience and absolutely love my hair! After some bad experiences with previous hairdressers, I was quite nervous, but she really listened to what I wanted and achieved exactly the look I was hoping for. Loraine is a specialist. I have been on the planet a substantial number of years and have always had thick and short hair. Ever since Lorraine has been cutting it, I am relaxed and comfortable for the longest times. Even when it grows longer it never loses shape! She assesses and works her magic with her skill and experience every time!

My hair was messed up badly by another hairdresser elsewhere — uneven colour, wrong tone, looked nothing like what I wanted and I was really upset. Then I came here and she fixed everything perfectly! She worked carefully, and turned it around completely. Now it’s exactly how I imagined — even, shiny, healthy and beautiful. She’s so skilled, patient and professional.

Not only is she friendly and makes you feel completely at ease, but her expertise is unmatched—she is so knowledgeable and always gives the best advice for my hair.
