First visit to madhatters, I have to say that the experience was nothing short of faultless, I’ve always had very short hair and I like a particular look, to say Amy really listened and understood what I was asking for is an understatement, it’s been a very long time since I’ve left hair appointment feeling like I’ve had value for money and that the stylist actually cared about the finished product, thankyou !!!!!! I will look no further, I have at last found my person 🥰

I've always had issues finding a hairdresser who can manage my fine hair and make it look thicker. A friend recommended Jess a few yrs ago and my hair has looked the best it's ever been. I would highly recommend her. She's so experienced and is a truly lovely person. I'm always very pleased with my hair after every cut and colour.

Brilliant experience! Fantastic salon. Great welcome. Ellie did a wonderful job in listening to my requirements and she came up with great recommendations and suggestions. Such a challenge having fine hair that takes forever to grow and style options are limited. Great cut and blow dry and was just what I needed to give me a new style. Love my new hair. Best test of a haircut is then next day when you’ve washed it and you’re styling your hair on your own 😊 looked just as good. Thank you Ellie…just wished my hair grew quicker so the next visit would be sooner!

This place is a little sanctuary in Stafford, the talented hair artists are just the best.

I’ve been visiting Amy for years now for my colour, and she is by far the best in Stafford! Such a friendly service and my hair always looks amazing when I leave. Thank you Amy!!

Kirsty is amazing one of the best hairdressers in Stafford!! The salon is lush if you want a pure treat relax away staff offer drinks which is a nice touch no concerns!!! Keep up the hard work to all Amazing!!!!

Ben has been my hairdresser for some years now and is someone who listens to what you want. He is a very good stylist and colourist.

In a nutshell Jess is the best hairdresser I have ever had! I have never found hairdresser so confident and knowledgeable when it comes to darker hair as it's usually blondes, and she smashes it out the park every single time. I turn up with no idea of what I want, and every visit she gives me guidance and uses her experience to create something I'll love. Finally the salon is just the most relaxing and inviting space I have visited when it comes to anything beauty related. I look forward to every visit as I know I'm welcomed with open arms and a coffee waiting! I wish I could give 20 stars!
