Outstanding experience. Warm welcome from Gemma, who took the time to take my jacket, fit me with a gown and made me a fantastic cappuccino. Next was my consultation with Keira who is simply delightful and a very talented hairdresser. She is always happy to discuss my ideas and thoughts while also giving me her professional opinion. Such a lovely salon with friendly and welcoming staff. Sophie is an exceptional hair stylist, I felt comfortable in putting my complete trust in her abilities, and she was very patient with me today. She was very informative and knowledgeable, and I appreciated her guidance and recommendations with specific colouring and in styling my hair. I left the salon feeling very happy with my hair today. Effy is absolutely amazing at what she does! She's so down to earth, friendly, and incredibly talented. She took the time to carefully colour correct my hair from black box dye, making sure everything was just right and the end result was even better than I could have imagined. Her attention to detail and skill are truly exceptional. I couldn't be happier with my hair and would highly recommend Effy to anyone looking for a fantastic hairdresser. Thank you so much!

My experience with Nicola is always fantastic! Lovely person to talk to and have great chats. She will always be honest and prioritise what is best for your hair, which is I think is amazing! She always also gives you great advice on what products to use etc for after for your hair. I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a hair stylist in the West Lothian area :) xxx

Nicola is a fantastic hairdresser, always happy and smiling. I always feel so chilled and relaxed when in the salon. Nicola is always very attentive, I love all the small touches like she knows I drink cola and the very nice biscoff biscuits. I highly recommend hope hair. Nicola & Kim are both lovely ladies.

Nicola is a fantastic colourist and stylist. Has been doing my daughter’s hair for a while and she is always delighted with the results. On top of that Nicola is lovely. Had a medical emergency with my daughter when she was in the salon and she handled it so well.

Been going to nicola for so long I can't even work out the years, maybe at least 15 years. I'm very fussy who does my hair & I think that nicola hope is the best. She is so friendly & has a beautiful salon. Highly recommend this hair salon (can I mark it 10/10 ♥️♥️♥️ xxx
