This salon offers more than just an amazing professional hair cut and colour. It’s like a little oasis in the heart of Bathgate, that takes you out of life’s stresses and encourages you to unwind by providing chilled music, a fantastic head massage and hot towel experience and a lovely hand massage while you wait. The staff are excellent at their craft and I’m so happy to have found this place. Today, I got a beautiful cut and colour by the lovely and talented Sophia. My hair is always something I struggle to be happy with but I’ve walked out the salon loving it today. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding experience. Warm welcome from Gemma, who took the time to take my jacket, fit me with a gown and made me a fantastic cappuccino. Next was my consultation with Keira who is simply delightful and a very talented hairdresser. She is always happy to discuss my ideas and thoughts while also giving me her professional opinion. Gillian did a fantastic job of my hair. She is very professional, friendly and a fantastic hair stylist. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hairdresser. She is a warm person, with so much talent. She really listens to what you want and follows through. If I could give 10* I would!

Great to be back at Bathgate. My hair has been a chalkenge as it was in bad condition. With Jordans expertise we are getting there..My hair is looking and feeling much more healthy. Nicola is a fantastic hairdresser, always happy and smiling. I always feel so chilled and relaxed when in the salon. Nicola is always very attentive, I love all the small touches like she knows I drink cola and the very nice biscoff biscuits. I highly recommend hope hair. Nicola & Kim are both lovely ladies.

Nicola is a fantastic colourist and stylist. Has been doing my daughter’s hair for a while and she is always delighted with the results. On top of that Nicola is lovely. Had a medical emergency with my daughter when she was in the salon and she handled it so well.

Very good first experience in this salon. Very nice, friendly team . The hairdresser Billy look after me very professionally, he explained everything from the start till the end . Highly recommended this salon to everyone who wants have the best look and treatment for the hair.
