I'm thrilled with my hair! I was nervous about going to a new salon after years of going to the same hairdresser, but Demi and the owner spent extra time with me to get the colour result I wanted which I really appreciate. Demi is very talented and did an amazing job with my hair. It's a lovely salon with a friendly, cheerful vibe. I will definitely be booking with Demi again when I'm due my next appointment!

Kurtis cut my hair this morning and it was beautiful. Can't fault it. Only thing his jokes were bad ha ha! Appointments all booked till February. Really cannot fault Kurtis or the salon

My hair is fabulous after Kurtis Dyed and cut it today. I need to apologise to him as I was very quiet today but I was so very tired. Will make up for it in 4 weeks. All my appointments are made till the new year as just love this salon and the people who work there including Kurtis who has had to put up with me the past 2 years.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Very friendly salon, always offered a drink, and everything from start to finish is done with care. Kate is so talented, I 100% trust her with my hair - I always love how it looks once she's finished with it - The cut and the colour.

Fabulous appointment with Anoushka! She listened to what I wanted and styled my hair just how I wanted it! So happy. Definitely recommend this salon, it is friendly, really welcoming and all of the stylists are brilliant!

I have now been going to Glam Factory for 14 months which is a first as usually change every 6 months or so. Even booked my appointments till 2024. But I love the salon and friendliness of all the staff. Love Kurtis who does my hair as it's always lovely. And Cindy who does my nails. All in all its a great place to go and be pampered and now they are an award winning business and so deserved.

Recently visited the salon for a hair and makeup session. The salon ambience was nice and comfortable. It was an outstanding experience overall.

Sian is great with gents haircuts - requested French crop with high fade & it was exactly as I wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, as always with Sian. I am so pleased with my hair, I had full head highlights and lowlights, cut and blow dry. My hair looks and feels amazing.

Sian is the best! She listens to what I want but also takes in to consideration the condition of my hair. We’ve been on a journey from copper to blonde and I’m so happy with the transition so far!
