Great customer service on arrival, I was early so was offered a seat and a drink. Sarah appeared and introduced herself as this was my first visit. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and made some good suggestions about the style I wanted. The finished result (cut and blow-dry) was exactly what I had wanted. Having recently moved into Chesterfield I feel relived that I have found my new hairdresser.

Yolande is AMAZING!!! I've tried several places in the area since moving to Chesterfield but I've finally found the right one. Hair, nails, massage, waxing - it's all brilliant. Definitely recommend to everyone. Super friendly and comfortable and great services, extremely good value.

Hannah was amazing, so patient and kind, talking to Eli all the way through and offering reassurance. She told him about the different tools she was going to use, and what they did, making sure he was happy throughout. Eli has gone from a little boy overwhelmed by the sensory issues of having a haircut, to feeling immensely proud of himself for having an enjoyable experience, and he can't wait to book his next appointment with his new hairdresser. Tracey is a lovely lady with many years of hairdressing under her belt. It’s the second time I have had my hair cut at Niche and I will definitely be going back.Tracey is a very good stylist and you can tell this by the way she cuts your hair. I can highly recommend her.
