I had a wonderful time receiving the diamond polar face treatment with Sierra today. She is super friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. She was patiently explaining the whole treatment process on how it works and what treatments will do for my face. This was my first time at i's and my first time meeting Mii. She gave me the best haircut I've ever had in my whole life. She paid incredible attention to detail and asked me throughout the appointment for my input on length, bang thickness, styling, etc. I'll be coming back for sure! Couldn't recommend her more.

First time in Trefle It was a good service today 👍 Mizu is really nice. She kept the vibe comfortable and natural. And I appreciated her friendly way of conversational style. However, a lot of hair clippings ended up on my face and neck during the haircut. There was no face guard to prevent this, and while there was a neck wrap, it didn't seem to cover enough, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, I had no complaints. They listened and responded well to my requests. Most of all, I loved that we could communicate smoothly in both English and Korean 👍 ありがとうございます、Mizu! またお会いしましょう!

Yuki was amazing! She communicated with me beforehand to make sure she understood the haircut I was looking for, and she was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. She gave me helpful tips and advice based on my hair type, especially since my hair is quite thin. She cut my hair in a way that gave it so much more volume, which was exactly what I was looking for. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend Yuki!

A wonderful experience getting a haircut with Blake. This is my first time at this location and I chose Blake based on the reviews I saw. He is gentle, friendly, and very detail oriented. After each step he would slowly evaluate while also asking for my opinion to make sure the haircut is perfect. The entire experience was seamless and comfortable. The haircut I got from Nana is great! I showed her a reference of what I wanted, then we talked about the specifics (thick bangs from the top instead of curtains; thin, cheek length face framing pieces and thick at the back). Double checked with me about the length on the back and explained how much shorter it will be after thinning it out. I asked for shorter and she executed it nicely. The layers are feathery like I wanted. She explained what products to use to style it. Nice massage during the hair wash. The overall experience is awesome, will definitely come back.
