My hairstylist is Andy, and I’ve had several haircuts with him — he’s professional, detail-oriented, and truly a perfectionist. I’ve never once regretted getting my hair done by him.

This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

Had a great experience with Ann. Came in to get a haircut and colour and she was thorough to explain about what my hair needs prior. In the end, my hair came out really great which I love. Also I appreciated how she mentioned the price breakdown prior and they offered snacks during my appointment. Overall experience was great! Would definitely be coming back.

Took my Mom for a hair cut and colour with my stylist Ann. My Mom was so happy with the result. Ann is kind, patient, knowledgeable and shes so good at what she does. I recommend her 100 percent.

This was our first visit to the salon, but I wasn’t worried because we trusted the Korean stylist. My son’s hair had been growing freely with a perm for the past three months, so I thought it would be hard to make it look nice. But in a short time, they gave him a really great haircut, and we’re very happy with it. Thanks so much to Jane and Jenna!

Got my haircut and color done by her and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She understood exactly what I wanted within minutes — no long explanations needed — and executed it perfectly. What I appreciated most was how gentle and attentive she was, especially around my left ear piercing. She was so careful the whole time, which made the experience extra comfortable and thoughtful. Amazing skills, great eye for color, and such a considerate touch. Highly recommend if you want someone who really listens and takes care of you 🤍

I had a wonderful experience today with my stylist Kyla. It was my first time getting my haircut at La Lucia. Kyla was friendly and professional. She gave lots of great tips regarding hair care in addition to providing insights on what style and length would best fit my face shape and hair type. I would definitely recommend Kyla to my friends and I'm looking forward to coming back again to see her when I need a trim! Thanks for the excellent experience! The salon was also very clean and comfortable!

It was a decent and pleasant getting a service here! I got my hair permed by a stylist named Kyla, and she actively listened to me and discussed all she knew. As I basically visit a hair salon once a year, I prefer getting my hair designed in a way to be sustained over time. It looked a little awkward and off the way to me at first, so I had get some modification. Thanks to her prompt action and feedback, now—10 days later—I can tell it’s changing to the style I was looking for. The other staff were also cooperative and warm. I am so much satisfied.
