The renovated salon looks and feels amazing! All your staff are kind, friendly and professional. I had a not so great experience my first time here and I really wanted to give the benefit of doubt. I’m so glad I took another chance - I’ll be returning! Thank you for offering a salon for us in London - we are sincerely under acknowledged and I have yet to find a salon that compares locally.

Aleksandra did an amazing job on my hair! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything looked exactly right. The cut was neat, stylish, and suited me perfectly. She was also super friendly and made the whole experience comfortable. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut.

My first time at this salon and it was great. I felt like royalty. The staff were friendly. The place was very clean and smelled wonderful. I got the hair spa and it was amazing. I had multiple stylist working on my hair. They were all kind, and professional. I especially appreciated the care and gentle way they handled my 4C textured hair. They checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was pleased. They explained what they were doing. Excellent service. I highly recommend especially for black women looking for a trustworthy salon that know how to care for black textured hair.

I had an amazing experience at Braids and Wigs! From booking my appointment to the moment I left, everything was smooth and professional. Amanda is THE BEST!!!!! she took great care of my hair, she knows what she's doing, she put her heart and soul into it. She spent 6 hours on my hair to make it match my expectations and voila! The outcome was gorgeous!! Would definitely 10/10 recommend Amanda and I'm always choosing her ❤️

I had my first haircut with Alexandra and it was such a wonderful experience. She was extremely attentive and careful with every detail, which made me feel really comfortable. Amazing Experience I recently got my haircut at DC and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The stylist, Amanda and Alexander really took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The cut was clean, stylish, and exactly what I needed. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I felt pampered from start to finish.
