I had an excellent time and the results were satisfactory- I love my new hair! My only concern was that 1) it didn't clearly mention on the website that Salon 34 is run by the hairstylist training program at Abbotsford Secondary School and therefore 2) getting there was confusing, and I had to have staff let me into the school as the doors were locked and the website didn't give clear instructions on where the Salon was located and how to get there.
