Absolutely perfect from start to finish. The haircut was highly professional and tailored specifically to me, with great attention to detail. I’m more than satisfied with the result. The consultation was very personal and thoughtful, and the stylist took the time to customize the haircut to suit my hair and preferences. On top of that, the barber was not only highly skilled but also genuinely friendly and a pleasure to talk to throughout the appointment. My hairdresser (Nanami san ) was polite, mannerism for customer service was efficient. She gave me some advice if I do hair colouring at home and explained to me importance of nourishment of my hair. Also, on leaving, she walked me to the door as appreciation. Both cutting and shampooing hair were excellent. Only minor thing was, if the hairdresser explained to me about shampooing before my haircut, the customer would be more assured. (Depends on the hairdresser, they do shampoo before or after haircut). However, overall, I am satisfied with Nanami san's haircut. Thank you.ななみさん、ありがとうございました。

Best colourist in Melbourne by a long way. Absolute magician with blondes and color matching to any extensions. Can do high maintenance or low maintenance colors (done both over the years). Enjoy every moment there and have the healthiest bright blonde hair! Thanks Jess!

Dan is hands-down the best hairdresser I've ever had — no question about it. His talent, precision, and artistry are just beautiful to watch; he doesn't just cut hair, he transforms it. He listened, understood, and nailed it perfectly. I usually hate having my photo taken, but after today I'm genuinely excited for a lovely profile photo for my new job. Dan himself is such a sweet sole — warm, kind, funny, and so easy to talk to, like catching up with an old friend. I even got sweet compliments from strangers on my way home! I was in Melbourne for the weekend before traveling to the US and really needed to get my roots touched up on a Sunday. I was able to get Ian appointment at the last minute. Jim was very professional and understanding of my objectives. He did an excellent job on the colour. He also trimmed and styled my hair. I will come back to the salon when I next in Melbourne and ask for Jim.

Today was my fourth visit to Marcia Valeria Hair Salon, and once again, Marcia worked her magic! She doesn’t just understand what her clients want — she also offers thoughtful suggestions to achieve the best possible results. In the past, she’s done balayage for me, and it turned out absolutely brilliant. I always leave her salon looking and feeling at least ten years younger. Today, after just a haircut, wash, and blow-dry, my 10-year-old daughter said, “Mum, now you look like my older sister, not my mum!” That says it all. The long drive to see Marcia is 100% worth it every single time.
