I had a wash and blow dry by Ivy, and she did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly gentle and thorough, making the whole experience feel relaxing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, paid great attention to detail, and made easy, friendly conversation. I walked out with my hair feeling soft, healthy, and beautifully styled. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and that shows in her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ivy again and look forward to seeing her continue to grow in her career. She’s going to make a fantastic hairdresser.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sass n Co Cheltenham. Ree, my stylist, was incredibly welcoming, as was the other team member working on Saturday. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. We took the time to talk through what I wanted to achieve, and I really appreciated the care and attention that went into the entire process. Cleo absolutely transformed my hair! Having had 2 sets of Keratin bond extensions for 7 months (from another salon) my hair was in poor condition, heaps of split ends, dull and ratty looking. I went in knowing I was going to have to chop off a fair bit and assumed I’d be feeling like a bald egg, I wasn’t expecting to leave with the SOFTEST, thickest, glossiest, most amazing hair. Cleo cut my hair into a blunt long bob that was the perfect length, suits me better than any haircut I’ve ever had. It is so healthy looking it actually has that reflective glossy halo. So in love. Thank you Cleo!

Lee is always fabulous, absolutely the best hairdresser I have ever been to. I went in today feeling like doing something a little different with my permed hair (which she also permed amazingly on a previous visit) and have walked out with a funky new shoulder length cut that I am in love with. By far the best hairdresser you’ll find. Lee and her team are true experts, I’ve never been happier with my hair. Lee’s technical knowledge relating to all aspects of hair care is second to none. For me, she has coloured, cut and even permed my hair all at various times over the years, and always helps me figure out what will look the best and be the most fun. I’ll never go anywhere else.
