Jenna is very welcoming, non judgemental, honest and well educated when it comes to hair. Originally just came for a haircut after 1.5 years of neglect, Jenna has made me feel like beautiful hair is achievable for anybody. I will be sticking with Jenna as my hairdresser, as I’m going to go on a bit of a hair journey and I trust that I’ll be taken care of❤️

Had the best experience with Laura getting my hair from dark brown box dyed to blonde. She talked me through the best steps for me, and explained everything incredibly well. As always it is a delight to see Miranda. Her new location is welcoming and enticing and very professional. She is so kind and gentle that it is a delight to be in her very capable hands. I must say this everytime, but a haircut with Miranda feels like a thousand butterflies gently landing on your hair, soothing all your troubles away. I had such a great experience at this salon.my stylist Sarah was incredible-she took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered exactly that.my hair came out even better than I imagined! The salon itself is beautiful, and very welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional, I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend.

As always Zoe did an amazing job, she really is an incredible hairdresser and did a wonderful job of of colouring and styling not only my hair but my nervous teenagers hair for the first time. We both were so happy with our make over and girl time and grateful for the amazing hairdresser and person Zoe is.

Always good or excellent. I was not feeling the best so it was not as much fun as always. I was very pleased to be offered a footrest because with low blood pressure, particularly in my legs, l always feel cold. My problem to solve but l will not change my hairdresser/stylist.

It was my first time going to a hairdresser as an adult & Ebony was super chill and helpful and made me feel way less anxious. She really took her time and didn’t rush through anything; my hair looks the best it ever has, feels amazing and I left feeling soOoOoOo refreshed. Super-duper highly recommend 🥰

Caitlin was amazing!!! She really knows her colours! I’ve not met many hairdressers that really know how to colour natural red heads properly but Caitlin knows her stuff! I was nervous but she made me feel completely comfortable with her knowledge & confidence and boy did she do an amazing job! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caitlin to anyone wanting a top hairdresser that knows how to colour exceptionally ❤️

Always a lovely experience visiting the team at Biba Eastland. My usual hairdresser Marie was away, and I booked with Fay instead. She gave me a warm welcome, fantastic head massage and my haircut was on point. I left feeling relaxed, fresh and confident. Thanks Fay :)

I went to Rosy Blonde for the first time today for a blow-wave and curls and I had the best experience with Hannah. She did the best blow wave, just actually took care with my hair... usually when I get a blow wave they do it so hot and do so much pulling etc I leave with damaged ends, needing a trim and wishing I never even bothered. She has fully restored my faith in going to a hair salon and I will 100% be going back to her for any and all future hair needs! Plus such a kind & warm person to chat to. Thank you Hannah!
